Privacy notice

Plain-language summary of how Assetky handles data. Last updated 16 October 2026. Questions or deletion requests: write to the address shown in the app after you sign in.

What we store

• Your account: the name and email from your Google sign-in.
• What you add: accounts, transactions, holdings, watchlist and alerts, savings, income, subscriptions and expenses, your settings, and monthly snapshots of your totals.
• Files you import: kept only while an import is being reviewed, then discarded.

What we do not do

• We never ask for, and cannot see, your broker or bank credentials. Assetky is read-only.
• We do not sell data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers on this site or in the app.

Who processes it

• Google Cloud (Warsaw, EU) hosts the app and the database, and Google provides sign-in.
• Price and exchange-rate sources: tickers you hold or look up are sent to Yahoo Finance to fetch prices; daily exchange rates come from the National Bank of Poland. No personal data is sent.
• Anthropic (AI model), only when you press Suggest with AI while importing a file: the column names and up to three sample rows, with long numbers such as account numbers hidden. You confirm everything before it is used.
• Cloudflare routes and protects traffic to this site and the app.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and we will delete your account and everything in it. Data is kept until you ask for deletion.

Assetky is an information tool. It is not financial, tax or investment advice, and the prices it shows can be delayed or wrong.
